Hello, I’m Karen Castillo a photographer, a wife, a mother of two wonderful girls, and a woman deeply rooted in my Christian faith. My journey with photography began as a way to capture the world around me, but it soon became something far more transformative. Photography has changed not only the way I see the world, but how I want others to experience it too. Through my lens, I am to share beauty, grace and moments of connection that often go unnoticed - capturing the divine in the everyday.
I work primarily with natural light, drawn to its soft, warm glow that lends a romantic and timeless quality to each image. Whether it’s the light filtering through trees or the golden hues if sunset, nature’s light brings out the emotions I want to convey in my work As a mother, I understand the importance of cherishing fleeting moments, and that’s what I strive to do with every photograph. My hope is to inspire others to see the world with fresh eyes, to focus on the love, beauty, and purpose around them, and to connect deeply with the people and moments that matter most.
